“Our coffee travels 1,700 km to reach KL. We make sure it is worth the trip.”
Twelve hectares of robusta on the slopes above the Padas river. The cherries are picked red by hand, sun-dried on raised beds for three weeks and roasted in small 5 kg batches.
We roast to medium, so you taste the cocoa and the slight fruit, not just the smoke.
Their batch day is Monday. We collect on Thursday and pack on Friday, so what you order this week was made this week.
